"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as "the data subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or by reference to one or more elements specific to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, the economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

If you are a visitor or customer of our website, we process your personal data that you have provided to us as an "affected person", under the conditions set out in these terms and conditions of personal data protection.

Purposes of processing, legal bases of processing, categories of persons concerned, the retention period of the personal information, recipients of the personal information

Personal data for order processing
The purpose of processing personal data of customers is the processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you as the person concerned and us as the operator.

When ordering, personal data is required, which is necessary for the issuance of a tax document and successful processing of the order.

The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or perform it by the operator. When processing the order, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, para. 1 letter b) processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (purchase contract) and also on the basis of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data § 13 par. 1 letter c) processing of personal data is necessary according to a special regulation (Act No. 222/2004 Coll. On value-added tax), which also regulates the retention period of such personal data.

The recipients of this personal data are the courier company and Slovenská pošta, with whom (apart from Slovenská pošta) we have a contract on the processing of personal data.

Personal data for marketing purposes
For the purpose of informing about our offers and news (marketing information), we process your email addresses on the legal basis of Article 6, para. 1. letter a) GDPR - the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for at least one specific purpose. We process this personal data until you revoke your consent. No third party is the recipient of this personal data.

Cookies
In order to ensure the proper functioning of this website and more convenient shopping, we sometimes store small data files on your device, so-called cookie. This is a common practice for most large websites. You can control or delete cookies within the settings of your internet browser. Rights of the person concerned

The rights of the data subject are defined in Chapter 3 of the GDPR.

This includes the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectify or delete them or to restrict processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability.

If personal data are processed on the basis of written consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing resulting from the consent prior to its withdrawal.
