Personal data for order processing
The purpose of processing personal data of customers is the processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you as the person concerned and us as the operator.

When processing the order, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, para. 1 letter b) processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (purchase contract) and also on the basis of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data § 13 par. 1 letter c) processing of personal data is necessary according to a special regulation (Act No. 222/2004 Coll. On value-added tax), which also regulates the retention period of such personal data.
The recipients of this personal data are the courier company and Slovenská pošta, with whom (apart from Slovenská pošta) we have a contract on the processing of personal data.
